Dinner for 13 Jan 09

Zq was eager to test out the new pot purchased as well as the Bak Ku Teh, so...i give him my support even though i have been coughing and my throat not too gd. =} The bak ku teh is the Teochew style which is light in color but use more pepper in the soup. The Hokkien's, who prefer saltier food, use more soy sauce, which results in a darker soup. I quite like the bak ku teh, so end up my throat needs some more day to recover.
